At SU Queensland, our approach to events like the Schoolies week is to make each event a quality holiday, catering for the whole person. Our events are staffed by voluntary leaders, with a mix of experienced, trained people and new leaders apprenticed in youth events. Leaders pay the same fees as participants. In 2006 we ran over 100 events with over 3000 participants and 1000 leaders.

Each event consists of a balanced program aimed at meeting physical, social, mental and spiritual needs. The daily bible talks and discussions have helped many to know that the Christian faith is practical and relevant to everyday life. Personal attention, good supervision and careful safety precautions are assured.
